PANEER MUSHROOM KABAB

Another Indian kebab item where spicy vegetables and paneer is thread into wooden skewer and pan cooked to give savory taste and fulfill our hunger pangs. Easy to cook and love to eat, fast food item. Just bring the given ingredients with quantity and follow the instruction…….



INGREDIENTS

Onion Macedoine cut
3medium
Capsicum Macedoine cut & deseeded
2 large
Mushroom without stalk
15-16
Paneer
200gm
Ginger 1inch
1piece
Garlic
10-12 cloves
Green chillies
2-3
Salt
T/T
Cumin powder
1tsp
Crushed dry red chilli
1tsp
Chat masala
1tsp
Honey
2tsp
Lemon juice
2 ½ tsp
Wooden skewer wetted for 10-15minutes in water
As needed
Cherry tomatoes
For garnish
Oil
2 ½ tsp
Garam masala powder
1tsp

METHOD:-
1.      Make the paste of ginger, garlic and green chillies in a blender and keep it in a bowl.
2.      Add salt, cumin powder, crushed red chilli, chat masala, garam masala, honey & lemon juice to the above paste. Mix well.
3.      Add all the vegetables to this paste, mix well & leave it for 30-40 minutes.
4.      Take a wooden skewer, thread one piece of onion then capsicum then mushroom then paneer then one piece of cherry tomato and continue in this pattern until finished.
5.      Heat oil in a pan and cook the vegetables until crunchy.
